We do our best to be flexible and understanding with all residents, treating everyone with the same fair guidelines. Generally, if you notify us in advance, that you are experiencing a hardship and may be late with rent, we will try to work with you.
In almost every case, rent is due on the 1st and late fees apply after the 5th (unless otherwise specified in your lease). Please note, this usually does not create a grace period, rent is due on the 1st and should be mailed well in advance. We always call or txt if we have not received rent on time however you can expect to receive a 3day notice if you do not promptly respond or are repeatedly late in paying rent.
