At Myerhoff & Associates, we strive to have all of our units outfitted with modern appliances and fixtures, and to be remodeled to current industry standards. After every tenant moves out, we inspect the unit for damage and wear and tear, fix anything that requires maintenance, and clean the unit thoroughly.
When we begin the move-in procedure with a new tenant, we strongly encourage tenants to document the condition of the apartment in pictures. We document the unit in the same way, and it helps mitigate the possibility of any disagreements during move-outs.
After a visual inspection with the tenant and the signing of the lease, and the exchanging of the keys, the move in is complete!
