Submit Maintenance Request

**Before you submit a maintenance request, check to see if this maintenance issue can be easily solved on your own. Check out our Do It Yourself Remedies page guidance on how to fix common maintenance issues. (Fixing the maintenance issue yourself can be easy, time efficient and cost effective.)**

Before submitting a maintenance request, please carefully read the following instructions:

When submitting a maintenance request it is imperative to…

  • give permission to enter your unit
  • provide as much detail as possible (ex. location, issue, any info you have, issue start date, if request is for smoke alarm, what kind of smoke alarm do you have?, etc.). The more detail the better.
  • provide a picture or video
  • add your availability (if necessary, when are you free to show/ explain the issue to the maintenance manager)
  • describe urgency of issue (critical, major, medium, and minor)

**If you are submitting a request in regards to your fire alarm, you must include the style of alarm in your description. Ex. sealed unit with 10-year battery or older style where the battery can be changed.
